Gala Health & Comfort Protocol

Your health and safety is our top priority. In order to create a comfortable and safe experience for all guests, A Very Jackalope Gala will adhere to current public health recommendations.

Location: Event check-in will take place at the Sheridan entrance of Colvin House. We ask that guests remain socially distanced and masked during check-in. Once you have been checked in, you may proceed to the courtyard, which is the primary event space.

Distancing: Jackalope will provide social distancing markers at the check-in line, and ask that all guests adhere to these guidelines. All guests are required to be socially distanced while indoors unless participating in the GlitterGuts photo booth.

Masks: While outdoors, fully vaccinated guests may be unmasked at their own discretion. Jackalope requires that any unvaccinated guests wear a mask at all times. The safest option for unvaccinated guests is to join us at our next gala. All guests are required to wear a mask while indoors. If participating in the GlitterGuts photo booth, masks may be removed upon instruction only. All guests are encouraged to bring their own masks, but Jackalope will provide masks at check in upon request.

Risk Assumption: All guests understand that there is risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. Attendees of A Very Jackalope Gala voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
