Paloma Nozicka,

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Journalism, PALOMA NOZICKA moved home to Chicago hoping to pursue a career in writing and reporting. She began auditioning for and acting in professional theatrical productions as a hobby, but after a few productions, she quickly realized that onstage storytelling was her true passion. In 2012 she made her Jackalope Theatre debut with Long Way Go Down, an experience that affected her deeply and began her admiration for and friendship with Jackalope. Since then, she’s had the pleasure of collaborating with and acting in many Jackalope productions, including the 2014 smash hit premiere of Exit Strategy, where she originated the role of the fast-talking, no-holds-barred Jania. Other notable performances include Teddy Ferrara (Goodman Theatre), and The Play About My Dad (Raven Theatre).  Recent TV credits include Chicago PD and Empire. Thanks to my family and friends for their undying support and love, despite all of the times I’ve had to text “I can’t, I have rehearsal.”
